Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our staff. This position is essential to the day-to-day care and operations of our church building and ministry spaces. The Facilities Coordinator ensures our church is clean, safe, and ready for services, events, and community gatherings - partnering with our ministry teams to support the work God is doing in and through our church.

This role requires flexible, non-traditional work hours, including Sundays, occasional evenings, and availability for after-hours facility needs.

Salary: $55,000

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities & Grounds Maintenance

• Ensure the church building is organized and “Sunday-ready” each week
• Oversee space setup, including chairs, pipe & drape, and equipment placement for services and events
• Perform basic maintenance and coordinate external vendors for specialized repairs
• Manage post-service and event breakdowns, including trash removal and resetting spaces

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee contractors for maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
• Ensure all contracted work is completed safely, on time, and in alignment with church standards

Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and event materials
• Order and replenish supplies as needed
